Private Party Policies:

• No Parties larger than 30 people.  The hourly rate is based on the number of people at your party, as larger parties will require the staffing of an additional life guard.  (Please be honest with your head count – this is for the safety of your party guests!)

• Party reservation areas are limited to either the BBQ and grass area with picnic tables or the grass area by the baby pool.  Private parties may not use the deck area and round tables.

• You may bring in your own food and decorations (within reason).  For safety, please remember the Club rule of NO GLASS containers.  Limited kitchen access is usually available.

• You are responsible for cleaning up after your party (including the kitchen and BBQ if applicable).  Make sure all garbage is put in the trash cans.  Party area is to be left clean.  A cleaning deposit is required upon booking, and this check will be returned to your family folder within a week following your event assuming the party area was left clean.

• Per Club policy, no dive sticks, rafts, inner tubes, etc. are allowed in the pool.

• The Club reserves the right to deny a party request if it conflicts with a scheduled Club sponsored event.
